Terms of service

These terms of sale apply to orders placed in the Kyrö online shop (kyrodistillery.fi). By placing an order you accept these terms. The terms apply to consumer purchases and do not limit your rights under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

2. Products and alcoholic drinks

The online shop sells Kyrö merchandise, glassware, sauna goods, treats and gift cards. Alcoholic drinks are not sold in the online shop. In Finland, Kyrö drinks are sold by Alko; the Alko link on our product pages takes you to Alko's online shop, where the purchase is made on Alko's terms.

We aim to show products as accurately as possible. Small differences, for example in colour, are possible. Textiles made from recycled materials may contain fibres of other colours.

3. Ordering and the contract

Orders are placed through the cart and checkout. Before confirming your order you can review and change its details. The contract is formed when you have confirmed your order and receive an order confirmation by email. Please check the confirmation and let us know of any errors without delay.

We reserve the right to cancel an order, for example because of an obvious pricing or availability error. If this happens, we will let you know without delay and refund any amount paid in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Orders are paid at the time of ordering. The payment methods are online banking, MobilePay, payment card and Klarna, as shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by Paytrail Plc (business ID 2122839-7), a licensed payment institution, in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc is shown as the recipient on your bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to us. In case of complaints, please contact us first. 5. Delivery

For now, we deliver orders only within Finland. Delivery methods and costs are shown at checkout. Orders over €65 are delivered free of charge in Finland. We usually dispatch orders within 1–4 working days and will let you know if a delivery is delayed.

Please check your parcel when you receive it and report any transport damage to us and to the carrier as soon as possible.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. If the order is delivered in several parts, the period starts when you receive the last item. The right of withdrawal applies to all products in the online shop.

Notify us of the withdrawal by email to shop@kyrodistillery.com, in the returns portal of the online shop or with the withdrawal form below. Send the goods back no later than 14 days after your notice. Returned goods must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached. Unfortunately we cannot accept opened food products or other items whose seal has been broken.

We refund the payment, including the original standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have shown that you have sent them. The customer pays the cost of returning the goods. If the value of the goods has decreased for reasons other than trying them out, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the loss of value.

Any part paid with a gift card or discount code is refunded as a gift card or discount.

7. Defects and complaints

We are liable for defects in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. If a product is defective or damaged, let us know within a reasonable time of noticing it at shop@kyrodistillery.com or through the contact form (topic: Product complaint). Please include your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will repair or replace the product or refund the price. We pay the cost of returning a defective product.

8. Gift cards and discount codes

A gift card can be used in the online shop during its period of validity, if one is shown on the card. Gift cards and discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash. If the order value exceeds the gift card balance, the difference is paid with another payment method. One discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

9. Age limit

The content of this website is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

10. Personal data

We process personal data related to your order in accordance with our privacy policy. Read more in the privacy policy.

11. Disputes

We aim to resolve any disagreement with you primarily through negotiation. You can get free advice from the Finnish consumer advisory services (kkv.fi) and take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). As a consumer you may also bring an action in the district court of your place of residence. These terms are governed by Finnish law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Your order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it. These terms apply from 19 October 2026.
